• End-to-end management of the technical recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions. • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of qualified candidates through various channels (e.g. Job portals like (Naukri & Monster), LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc) • Conducting initial candidate assessments and technical screenings • Facilitating interviews with hiring managers and providing regular updates on the recruitment status • Negotiating job offers and closing candidates • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, HR team, and other stakeholders • Staying current with industry trends and market demands to ensure the company is attracting top talent • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
