YenDigital Business Solution

YenDigital team collaborated with the Yuinit Management team to evolve a strategy to build the solution that involved the following key features –

  • Assignment posting service allows companies step by step process to post their Interview requirements and publish it. Yuinit’s recommendation service suggests a set of interviewers’ profiles matched with the companies’ requirements.
  • Companies can also search the interviewers from interviewer search service based on the industry and skill requirements. Application provides a dashboard to manage all events.
  • Introducing the Video conferencing feature as the core feature of Yuinit so that all interviews in application are conducted via video conferencing between Interviewer, Interviewee and Organization. We were looking for the WebRTC based video conferencing solution which is scalable, deliver High-quality audio and video and easy to implement and enhance and embed in our application.
  • Skills-based matching by analyzing candidate skills and experience alongside interviewer expertise, the software can suggest interviewers who are best equipped to evaluate relevant skillsets. This can lead to better assessment of cultural fit and specific job requirements.
  • Pre-screening assistance: Interviewers can be notified of relevant candidates who meet specific criteria, allowing them to focus on the most promising prospects.
  • Employer branding by a faster, more efficient hiring process can create a positive candidate experience and enhance your employer brand.

YenDigital Technical Solution
  • Modern programming languages to develop the frontend and API application.
  • YenDigital has used Full Stack “MEAN” (Angular Front end and Node JS Backend) for the solution.
  • To support full text index search for No SQL database YenDigital chose “MongoDB Atlas”.
  • The Payment products were developed using “Stripe”, which is a fully integrated suite of payment products. Stripe’s products power payments for online and in-person retailers, subscriptions businesses, software platforms and marketplaces, and everything in between. It provides the full set of payment APIs which can be easily implemented with a variety of programing languages with less coding effort.
  • To easily add real-time voice, video, and messaging powered by machine learning into their applications YenDigital used Amazon Chime SDK.  Some Features of Amazon Chime SDK are Video simulcast, Content sharing, Active speaker, Volume notifications and mute controls, Device controller, that were leveraged in the technical design.
